A Collaboraton with 4 Crones and their intuitively crafted crystal and stone grid, this sacred sound journey designed to transmute inner turbulence during times of chaos, and awaken loving, focused presence.

A deep renewal with the healing vibrations of a sound journey with a focus on melting our fears, anxieties and stress and restoring calm. Led with voice, guided visualization and instruments.

A series of 7 Sunday journeys for revitalizing the energy centers called chakras. Each one has a different focus, aligned with the elements, Bija mantras and poetic affirmations.

On this day of a Pisces-Aries cusp, we balance emotions and practicality with a focus on the elements of water and fire. Instruments used reflect these elements: ocean drum, seed rattles, rainstick, gongs, Tibetan bowls and Thunder Drum.

A Sound Journey to welcome a new season, honor Earth and our intentions, and offer praise and welcome to the season with poetry and beautiful vibrations from instruments and our hearts. 

During a time for letting, we release what doesn't serve us with the support of powerful vibrations under the watchful eye of the full moon.
