Infused with poetry and guided visualization,  for a deep release of 2024, clearing our energetic bodies to make way for new life in the year ahead

2-day expo featuring mini-sound healing sessions and one expo presentation on how to integrate sound healing into everyday life!

A sound journey with a focus on revitalizing our inner wells, by washing away the anxieties or distractions that aren't serving us or the world, and replenishing ourselves with compassion, strength and balance.

Meditative sound journey infused with poetic word, with writing prompts and  time to write about what bubbles up, sharing and snacks.

Outdoor sound journey in a park, lakeside setting, offering loving energy to all mother figures to celebrate their weekend. 

An Earth day, an outdoor sound journey celebration with the elements of earth, air, fire (sun) and water (lake) at a beautiful nature preserve area in Loveland. Time for blessing and thanking Mother Earth, Pachamama, in loving reciprocity. 

A sound journey of PRIDE, sending  positive, loving energy to everyone in the LGBTQ+ community. 

This 4 hour retreat includes releasing limiting self-perceptions, setting intentions, listening to wisdom within and beyond self, journeying with the sounds of a multitude of instruments, engaging in easy creative expression, light guided movement, and sharing, sprinkled with a dose of humor and playfulness, along with a plentitude of healthy bites and herbal teas.

Unwind amidst the holiday frenzy. Bring a visiting family member or take time out from the company as we approach year's end and release what is passing...with gratitude.

The threshold of seasons! In this 2-hour ceremony, we will connect with the elements, ritualize the transition into winter and sink into a meditative sound journey like no other! 

Held at The Haven in FC, a deep renewal with the healing vibrations of a sound journey with a focus on melting our fears, anxieties and stress and restoring calm. Led with voice, guided visualization and instruments.

A series of 7 Sunday journeys for revitalizing the energy centers called chakras. Each one has a different focus, aligned with the elements, Bija mantras and poetic affirmations.

On this day of a Pisces-Aries cusp, we balance emotions and practicality with a focus on the elements of water and fire. Instruments used reflect these elements: ocean drum, seed rattles, rainstick, gongs, Tibetan bowls and Thunder Drum.

A Sound Journey to welcome a new season, honor Earth and our intentions, and offer praise and welcome to the season with poetry and beautiful vibrations from instruments and our hearts. 

During a time for letting, we release what doesn't serve us with the support of powerful vibrations under the watchful eye of the full moon.
